  • *All pricing listed is for design ONLY. If Russell Interiors is working with a GC then they will take over after the design phase. If there is no GC then RI can PM for an hourly rate (to be discussed at inquiry) OR client can purchase a PM document specific to their job.

    Hourly Rate $150/ hour; with a 6-hour minimum

    • Perfect for smaller jobs (shelf styling, entryway, hallways)

    • One-hour in home consultation to discuss project details, budget, etc. 

    • Includes access to design portfolio and design board, layout plan and full install

    One room complete furnishing $3000 (this is the fee for the full design process up to install. Install to be charged at the hourly rate above)

    • Large scale, full room projects

    • No hourly tracking, you know the full price of your design investment

    • Includes access to design portfolio and design board, layout plan and coordination of project

    • Designer purchases all items, handles ordering and intake of items and oversees all the way up to install

    E-design, one room $1500

    • Limited to 8items or less per room

    • 2 sets of revisions

    • Includes design board and links to items for client to purchase

New Construction Design

    We'll help you make smart design choices that create a cohesive, well-thought-out home you'll love for years to come.

  • New construction design service pricing fluctuates based on the size of the home. On average, the price would be approximately 1-2% of the cost of the home. For this service we do not charge hourly so that our clients know up front the full commitment they are making into the design of their new build.

    *For jobs that wish to combine new construction selections+ furnishings; these will be priced separately and the overall total will be discussed at the time of contract signing.

Full-Service Project Management
Unlike most design studios, we offer hands-on project management to keep your renovation or build running smoothly. This includes regular site visits, scheduling coordination, subcontractor communication, and quality control checks—so you can relax while we handle the details.

In-House Handyman Services
No need to hire out for the finishing touches. We handle handyman work that's typically outsourced, including hanging wall decor and TVs, light fixture installations, minor electrical work, small demolition, and trash haul. It's one less thing on your to-do list and one more way we make the process seamless.
